Product Manager - Manufacturing

Our clients Radio Frequency Components (RFC) semiconductor wafer foundry is responsible for manufacturing the Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) MMIC chips that power world class defense systems. RFC has an opportunity for a Product Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of chipsets for internal customer programs.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Finance. This will include creating production schedules, managing delivery commitments, contributing to Estimate at Completion budget packages, analyzing variance drivers, and communicating with customer organizations. This role also coordinates closely with the engineering team to monitor product yield, identify risk trends, pursue improvement opportunities, and to analyze the impact on product cost and delivery schedule.

The Product Manager is the primary contact point between the RFC wafer foundry and the internal customer program offices. This includes regular engagements to manage cost, schedule, and quality expectations. In addition to managing existing programs, this Product Manager will also collaborate on estimates and proposals for future work.

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate program requirements and manage execution
  • Provide status of program performance, work in progress, delivery commitments, and potential production problems to ensure that program requirements are met
  • Develop and publish quarterly Estimate at Completion financial packages, including variance analysis and identification of risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate activities between numerous cross-functional groups and clearly communicate material status and identified risks
  • Lead proposal teams to develop bid packages and lead the approval process
  • Operate effectively in a results-driven environment
  • Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean or six sigma project implementations

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Production, Engineering and/or Project/Program/Product Management.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Program / Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage tasks that bridge operations, production control, engineering, supply chain, and customer relations
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams)

Cyber Security Analyst - North Carolina $95,000

 Cybersecurity Analyst required for a IT services provider based in NC.


You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clinets organisations IT infrastructure and data. You will analyse and respond to security threats, implement preventive measures, and provide guidance to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be instrumental in safeguarding systems and protecting sensitive information from cyber-attacks.  


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security events and incidents to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. 

• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications. 

• Implement and maintain security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software. 

• Investigate security breaches and incidents, and develop response plans to contain and mitigate risks. 

• Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees on best practices for safeguarding information. 

• Stay informed about emerging threats and industry trends, and recommend proactive measures to enhance security posture.

Experience/Skills

Senior RF Technician - Texas to $125k

 Job Summary:


The candidate hired for this position will work on new product testing based on specifications provided by our customers and will primarily be involved in the RF test of state-of-the-art Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) for military radar and communication products. This entails working in a microwave laboratory environment, overseeing test fixture assembly, generating, and adhering to detailed design verification test plans, and troubleshooting.


Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Develop bench setup to evaluate device performance.
  • Calibrate equipment/setup to enable accurate RF measurements.
  • Validate and characterize new or existing RFICs/MMICs.
  • Work with the team to troubleshoot issues with test set, measurements, or microwave components.
  • Analyze and report results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of prior work experience or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior work experience.
  • 8+ years’ experience in testing semiconductors and microwave components.
  • Experience performing RF microwave and/or millimeter-wave tests in the laboratory.
  • Experience with using vector network analyzers, digital multi-meters, signal generators, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, performing RF calibrations, and use of other microwave test equipment such as couplers, attenuators, loads, isolators, and bias networks.
  • Experience with S-parameters, large-signal measurements, linearity, noise-figure and spurious characterization, and performance of basic troubleshooting in any of these areas.
  • Experience with reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
  • Experience with electronic principles and theories.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with software programming (e.g., C, C++, and/or Visual Basic).
  • Experience working independently in an engineering environment.


The salary range for this role is 59,000 USD - 125,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
