I entered the world of recruitment/talent back in 1997. I was given a phone, a rolodex (yes I`m that old!) and filing cabinets full of CVs. Fast forward over two decades later I have successfully exited a multi award winning tech staffing business I took from zero to a turnover of £30+m via an internal MBO. Elite marks the start of a new and exciting chapter. I`ve fallen in love with the US and specifically Florida recently and now want to concentrate my experience helping connect the best tech talent with the most innovative employers.
I`m a dad to four wonderful boys and I`m tennis mad!

I`ve worked continuously in the Engineering Sector for over 40 years, employed by some of the largest companies in the industry. Working in Europe, Asia and the US, I've managed design, development and high volume manufacture of products, supporting cellular, infrastructure, aerospace and Defense markets.I completed my most recent role as VP of Operations working for a high tech Nasdaq company in North America. Having spent a career on the other side of the fence sourcing talent I fully understand the skill sets and experience that businesses within the sector demand. Importantly knowing the needs to the process, I am able to drive real value to end customers, helping them source the best talent.
