Spencer Symmons - Founder and CEO
I entered the world of recruitment/talent back in 1997. I was given a phone, a rolodex (yes I`m that old!) and filing cabinets full of CVs. Fast forward over two decades later I have successfully exited a multi award winning tech staffing business I took from zero to a turnover of £30+m via an internal MBO. Elite marks the start of a new and exciting chapter. I`ve fallen in love with the US and specifically Florida recently and now want to concentrate my experience helping connect the best tech talent with the most innovative employers.
I`m a dad to four wonderful boys and I`m tennis mad!
